JKH TKM Team

JKH was established in 1992 when they first set up selling parts at the karting circuits. After building up the parts department JKH then moved into running a race team in 1998 proving to be successful but using other manufacturers karts.
2001 JKH decided to produce their own chassis for the TKM class.

The reason for this was to enable us to produce what we wanted ourselves and what other manufacturers could not give us. The debut race for the chassis saw instant success with the kart taking the first place trophy. Every weekend after this produced a win at different circuits through out the UK with different drivers. If this was not impressive enough the chassis won every round of the Super 1 series and the ‘O’ plate championship in its first year of manufacture something not achieved by any other manufacturer.

Along with the passion and commitment to win, JKH use the latest technology in engineering that is available today. Parts are designed using computer-aided design. These parts are then produced using computer-controlled machinery.
Tubing and material is cut using laser technology for accuracy and consistency it is then bent using CNC machinery.

The chassis is then assembled weld to produce a high quality product.
Each chassis is then assembled in our workshop by skilled technicians and checked using digital and laser measuring equipment. Apart from the vast track knowledge and experience JKH have we felt the race is won in the workshop.
